How I work
In our first session, we'll explore more about who you are, what brings you to therapy at this moment, and your hopes for the future. This is also an opportunity for you to get a sense of how I work and whether you feel we could work well together.
We’ll create a safe and supportive space where you can begin to share and unfold the aspects of life that are causing you conflict, tension, and suffering. These challenges can become pathways to healing, and together, we will discover the potential for transformation they hold.
While we will focus on your personal story, we will also pay attention to what is happening in the here-and-now and between us, as the dynamics of our relationship may offer important clues about what you need to live more fully and authentically.
Therapy can be time-limited or longer-term, and I will listen closely to what you're looking for. Typically, we’ll meet for 50 minutes each week, with a regular slot reserved for you. For couples or relationship work, sessions can follow a similar pattern or be 90 minutes and take place every two weeks. I offer both online and in-person sessions in Central and North London.
As an integrative therapist, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches including and tailor my methods to suit your unique needs. At the end of our work together, we’ll collaborate on how to conclude our time and explore any rituals or practices that can support you as you continue your journey of growth and learning.
